Mr. Isaiah Oboyowa JIRINGHO

Isaiah bagged his BSc (Accounting) and MSc (Banking & Finance) from Olabisi Onabanjo University and Western Ville University, California, USA respectively.
He is a licensed Financial Consultant, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), a fellow of the Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals (AERMP), a fellow of the Certified Institute of Cooperatives & Social Enterprise Management (CICOSEMA), a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arts Management & Professionals (CIAMP), USA, an associate of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and a duly certified Sustainability Expert by the World Bank/IFC & CIBN.
He is the Chief Managing Consultant, Yowa Global Consult Limited (a financial consultancy firm), Co-founder/Chairman, Board of Trustees, Centre for Happy Elderly People (an NGO for the care of the elderly), Chairman/CEO, Skyless Investments Ltd (an agency banking firm), Executive Director, Hill-Crest Professional Alliance Consulting Ltd (a financial & empowerment training firm), etc. A lecturer and an examiner with the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and the Certified Institute of Cooperatives and Social Enterprise Management (CICOSEMA).
His career began in First Bank of Nigeria Limited where he worked at the core sections of banking such as Business Development & Marketing, Assets Creation & Management, Customer Services and Banking Operations, etc before retiring as a Business Manager in 2015 after 26years of meritorious service. Having exited the banking hall, I had a stint in Zeek Group of Companies (Estate Management/ Oil & Gas), Kohi Engineering Nigeria Limited (Engineering & Technology) and ISAT Global Services Limited (Telecommunications) as Financial Controller and General Manager respectively.
Dr. Leke ADEBISI
ACIB, FCCA, FHEA, PhD
He is a certified accountant, researcher and trainer, with special interest in Accounting, Accountability, Reform and Governance in the public sector. He works as a consultant covering strategic planning, finance and business transformation functions, where he has accumulated experience for over two decades. Presently he works within the public sector in Nigeria.
With over a decade’s stint in banking with United Bank for Africa in Nigeria, he moved into public sector finance where he worked in various roles as a financial consultant within the United Kingdom (UK) public sector – the local authorities and the National Health Services etc. He also worked within academic and research sector in the UK. He taught at three leading UK universities after the completion of his PhD at the University of Southampton (Management School).
Dr. Adebisi managed Palace Consults Limited, UK a firm dedicated to strategy and advisory consulting with specialties in –
· Public sector spending reviews and strategic planning
· In-year spending control and efficiency generation
· Managed expenditure and welfare reform
· Value for money in public service
· Capital investment management
· Cross-government research into reforms and innovations.
He is skillful in areas such as long term financial planning, financial accountability and organizational reform, Leke worked with organizations undergoing major transformation process where he designed and implemented financial strategies and new organizational pathways in core business and support functions, including scenario planning, financial modelling and options appraisal in strategic projects.
In addition, he is a trustee on the board of two (2) UK based children’s charity, responsible for strategic guidance, where he adds value to the organizational process, breaking down barriers and enhancing partnership working with other similar organizations.
Mr. Alex AJIBO
M.Sc, FCA, FCIB, CFA
Alex started his early career with the then Afribank Plc in the early 1990s where he got grounded in all aspects of Banking and Finance, including operations, branch management and inspection. With M.Sc in Banking & Finance, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, he carried on confidently assisting his organizations with policy and procedure writing and review with perfect deliverables in risk management and compliance.
A Chartered Accountant, Chartered Banker and Certified Forensic & Fraud Examiner, Alex has combined his routine duties with representation of his organizations as Expert Witness in the Court of Law. He is CEO, Ornate Schemes Ltd (Trainers and Consultants).
Alex joined NBM Bank Limited in 2002 as Head of Business Process & Procedure and pioneer Head of Internal Control and Compliance and Sterling Bank Plc in December 2005 where he served as Head of Internal Control; Head of Internal Audit. He is ICPC 2013, Forensic Audit Training Award Winner.
While in private practice, Alex was appointed as Independent Forensic Auditor to Bankers Committee, sub-committee of Ethics & Professionalism of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He is a certified ICAN & CIBN Trainer, Examiner and Fellow of the two revered professional bodies.
He also facilitates at FITC training sessions. He is a financial, risk assurance and tax expert, principal partner of Alex Ajibo & Co (Chartered Accountants and Certified Banking Practitioners). Alex has attended several foreign leadership and technical courses in the UAE, USA, UK, Canada, among others.
